ACCOUNTING MANAGER – High Growth! Hybrid!

We are seeking an Accounting Manager that can help scale the accounting operations in a high-growth environment.

Ideal candidate will be a CPA with a combination of public accounting and industry experience.

In addition to the base salary, bonus and benefits, the company offers a flexible, hybrid environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCUNTING MANAGER:

• Manage certain accounting activities
• Prepare timely monthly financial statements
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions
• Comply with local, state, and federal reporting requirements
• Help improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Support budget and forecasting activities
• Ensures policies and procedures are compliant with GAAP
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax accountants
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting
• CPA
• 5+ years of experience
• Ideally a combination of public accounting and industry experience

• Self-starter

• Analytical with problem-solving aptitude
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills including familiarity
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline
• Team player

Target Salary Range $115,000 - $130,000 DOE. Discretionary bonus potential, PTO, 401K, medical, dental and vision insurance and more!
