SENIOR BILLING SPECIALIST – High Growth! Hybrid! Awesome team!

Growing and diversified company located in downtown Denver is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join their talented team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in billing and collections, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The company offers a flexible, hybrid environment.

Selected candidate must have Deltek experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR BILLING SPECIALIST

• Generate invoices and maintain accurate billing records
• Review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure timely payment
• Follow up with customers on outstanding balances and resolve any billing discrepancies
• Process payments and apply them to customer accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues and improve processes
• Maintain a high level of customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Provide regular reporting on billing and collections activity

QUALIFICATIONS OF SENIOR BILLING SPECIALIST

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance or business preferred, but experience in lieu of accepted.
• 45 years of experience in billing
• Deltek experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Target Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 DOE. PTO, 401K, medical, dental and vision insurance and more!
