ACCOUNTING MANAGER

ACCOUNTING MANAGER – HIGH GROWTH – HYBRID! Great Opportunity for a Senior Accountant to move up!

Growing Construction Company in downtown Denver is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team.

The position will be hybrid and provides lots of growth, excitement and learning opportunities along the way!

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER

• Maintain general ledger accounts
• Month-end and year-end close
• Assist with financial statements and reports
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Cost analysis and account reconciliation
• Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and depreciation
• Provide analysis of financial data to support business decisions
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Special projects
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Analytical with problem-solving skills
• Self-starter
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player

Target annual salary range: $100,000 – $115,000 DOE. Discretionally bonus potential. Other benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, PTO 401K and more!
