ACCOUNTING MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER
- Collaborate with senior management to build, develop, and execute financial and accounting strategies, processes and systems.
- Manage and mentor staff.
- Month-end reporting.
- Project Accounting.
- Fixed asset accounting.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Provide support for the annual audit.
- Special projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Advanced degree a plus.
- 5+ years of accounting and finance experience.
- CPA with some public accounting experience preferred.
- Experience with process improvement.
- Some project accounting experience preferred.
- Strategic thinker.
- Strong General Accounting skills and GAAP knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Team player.
Target annual salary: $115,000 – $140,000 DOE. Bonus potential. Excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO and much, much more!
