 RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER

• Oversee all corporate accounting functions and staff, including AP, AR, financial reporting, cash flow, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely month-end closings, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Provide hands-on leadership and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Implement and improve internal controls and accounting processes and procedures.
• Conduct GL audits, analyze variances, and provide insights into financial trends and anomalies.
• Support tax compliance, audits, job costing, commission reporting, and WIP tracking.
• Partner with the CFO and Controller on ERP system selection and implementation.
• Deliver financial analytics and reports to management.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills including Sage 100 and Excel
• A strong leader, motivator and mentor, but willingness to get your hands dirty.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Team Player

Target Salary Range $95,000-$125,000 DOE. Other benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO 401K and more!
