CONTROLLER
CONTROLLER  OR ACCOUNTING MANAGER (Depends on Experience Level!) Be a part of a great mission!

 

We are seeking a Controller / Accounting Manager to plan and manage the financial affairs and activities of this dynamic and growing organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONTROLLER / ACCOUNTING MANAGER

  • Manage overall financial operations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Oversee tax functions and ensure compliance with IRS regulations
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
  • Oversee banking activities and foreign credit insurance activities.
  • Facilitate subsidiary companies accounting and reporting.
  • Review and approve month-end financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, along with their supporting work papers.
  • Manage company cash flow
  • Oversee all accounting work and set up internal and external audits to ensure the accuracy of information
  • Over see the operations of the Accounting Department, which include accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and payroll
  • Other duties and special projects.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CONTROLLER / ACCOUNTING MANAGER

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
  • Job costing, depreciation and reporting software experience.
  • Intermediate-Advanced experience in Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint
  • Consolidated financial statements and multiple branches experience preferred.
  • Perform other duties as directed.

 

TARGET SALARY RANGE: $85,000 - $115,000. Discretionary Bonus Potential. Other benefits include medical, dental, 401k, generous PTO and other great benefits.
