FINANCIAL ANALYST (FP&A)– Unique Opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of experience in either public accounting, a FP&A department or a rotational accounting and finance program. HYBRID!
We are seeking someone with 1-3 years of experience in either public accounting, a FP&A department or a program that offered a rotational accounting and finance experience.

As a Financial Analyst, you will be an essential part of the finance and accounting team providing critical financial insights, data analysis, and recommendations to support key decision-making processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FINANCIAL ANALYST (FP&A)
- Responsible for medium to complex level financial analysis projects.
- Assists in selection and implementation of FP&A software.
- Establish budget and forecasting process
- Assist in development and improvement of management reporting package.
- Assist in M&A activities.
- Monitor and predict company cash flows.
- Identify trends, anomalies and patterns in financial data.
- Analyze processes to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Track current financial data.
- Study data to predict trends and benchmark KPIs.
- Develop forecasting tools to automate financial data analysis.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE FINANCIAL ANALYST
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- CPA or MBA a plus
- 1-3 years of experience
- Experience in either public accounting (Big 4 a plus), a FP&A department or a rotational accounting and finance program.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to prioritize conflicting deliverables.
- Self-starter, but a team player.
Target salary range: $80,000 – $110,000 DOE. Discretionally bonus potential. Other benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, PTO 401K and more!
