RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MANAGER OF FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS
- Financial planning and analysis
- Annual budget process and analysis
- Systems and Process Improvement
- Forecasting and reforecasting
- Financial reporting and financial analytics
- Business Development
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Supervise and develop small staff
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE MANAGER OF FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- CPA, MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- 5-8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- Excellent financial analysis, budgeting, and process improvement skills
- Outstanding computer skills, including financial modeling
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Team Player with strong leadership skills
Target salary range: $120,000 - $145,000 DOE. Discretionary bonus potential, 401K, medical, dental, vision, PTO and much more!
