A well-funded, rapidly growing technology company, is seeking a Manager of FP&A to build and lead its financial planning and analysis function.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MANAGER, FP&A

  • Build and own the company's FP&A function from the ground up.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process across all business units.
  • Develop rolling forecasts, long-range financial plans, and scenario analyses.
  • Partner with department leaders to establish budgets and improve financial accountability.
  • Design executive dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting.
  • Deliver financial analysis that supports strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Build scalable budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to support continued growth.
  • Collaborate closely with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and meaningful variance analysis.
  • Support executive leadership with board reporting and strategic initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline. MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A including experience with a start-up organization.
  • Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to partner with business leaders and influence decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and planning tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus.
  • Team player.

 

Target salary range $120,000 – $150,000 DOE. Benefits include potential stock, insurance, PTO and more!
